LEGEND
This report contains thousands of spreadsheets and
tables and in order to provide readers with a ready reference identifier it
is necessary to identify the various topics with a pictorial
representation. The report uses a consistent set of pictorial references
which will enable the reader to quickly identify the information sought. The
same symbols are used as icons in the on-line modelling and forecasting
systems software.
This is an entry level product and thus
the animated icons and images are designed to provide a
ready reference to enable users to know where they are
in the database; however, experienced users may find the
animations unnecessary and thus in the more advanced
products the "ChangeIcon" utility can be used to
universally replace icons and images with others from
the 'Image Bin' folder or with the users' own images.

The
Page: numbers given in
the CONTENTS section of the various chapters refer to the
bookmark which indicate the page if the chapter was
formatted (WITH the necessary tables) into a PDF format, a word processor document,
or a printed document. As web pages are a single page
(with links to the tables),
these bookmarks do not link to any page, however if
users convert these chapters into a format which
uses individual pages then these bookmark links
should be checked and paginated accordingly. |
ABC |
The code beside any link represents both the name of the
Excel spreadsheet found in the 'xls_MarketResearch' or
the 'xls_Corporate' folders as well as the Access tables
found in the 'MarketResearch.mdb', World.mdb or the 'Corporate.mdb'
files in the 'MDB' folder. |
ABC.HTM |
A code
with a 'HTM' type beside any link represents an 'HTM'
page found in the root directory of the report. In
addition the 'HTM' page will be based on data which can
be found as an Excel spreadsheet and Access table.
