The Business Planning Resource Installation

When you install the Business Plan software it creates a Business Plan directory folder on your computer. So that you can easily find the folder, it is put on your root directory. From this folder you can generate any number of Business Plan projects, and these individual projects are then saved to the Project folder you specify in the project generation process.

The installation puts this shortcut on your desktop to open the database.

BusinessPlan.mdb

This is the Business Planning Resource database from which you generate the Business Plan projects. This database will keep a record of all the projects you generate, however it will not save the details of each project. The details of each project are saved on that project's individual web.

ThisProject.mdb

This is the Blank Project database from which you generate individual projects. This blank database is copied to each of the project webs generated and the tables are then populated with data. It is the data in these tables which is used to complete the HTM web pages which form the project web. The data for each project is saved in the project's individual database which is also name 'ThisProject.mdb' in the project's folder.
